Grandma's Pancakes
Mix in one bowl:
2 cups Flour
4
teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Sugar
Mix dry ingredients and let set about 5 minutes.
In separate bowl mix wet:
2 eggs
2 cups milk
6
tablespoons Melted Butter
Pour wet into dry till well blended and smooth. Let stand for 5 to 8minutes you will see bubbles form this is best time to create your pancakes.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto lightly buttered griddle, let air bubbles form throughout pancake then flip cook for about 1 minute longer.
If you have a day with high humidity you may need to add about 1/2 cup flour. Your batter should pour like cake mix thick slow. These pancakes will puff when cooking :) .....I double this recipe to feed 8.
You can easily add blueberries, chocolate chips, strawberries, or even M&M's once you are about to flip pancake add your fruit then flip, same with chocolate chips and M&M's something fun add Heath Candy bits for a wonderful toffee taste.
